This English 10 course explores various types of literature: fiction, nonfiction, drama and tragedy, and poetry. Students use these works to explore the characters’ thoughts, conflicts, and journeys. There are moments of reflection as students begin to identify with each character. Just as these characters are on their road to self-discovery, they, too, embark on this same road. This online course utilizes media-rich interactivities, videos, collaborative discussions, hands-on applications, writing and reading assignments, and real-world projects.
