Q. HOW DO YOU REGISTER?
A. FOR AN ONLINE CLASS
Please go to the CI.I. website, Registration Information and download the form titled Registration form for all training(pdf). Fill out the registration form and fax back or mail. You can also go to http://www.whro.org/home/education/cii/ and click on the button that says "register online now." You can also go straight to http://www.virginiateacherline.org/schedule/registration.html to register757.489.0007 (fax)

Norfolk, VA 23509Q. WHAT IS AN ON-LINE CLASS?
A. This is a web-based class that runs 6 weeks. It is an asynchronous, anytime, anywhere course. All this means is that since these classes are all on-line, you can complete weekly course assignments at your own leisure, from any location. All you need is a computer with internet access and a web browser. These on-line courses require a basic knowledge of the computer to include word processing, browsing the Internet, use of electronic mail and specifically how to attach documents in email, as most of the assignments will be submitted in this way.

If your school or division is listed, then you are considered a C.I.I. Member and can take advantage of the NCLB Ed Tech Opportunities.Q. HOW DO I GET A CERTIFICATE OF ACHIEVEMENT?
A. These are awarded to anyone who successfully completed a course. (NOTE: Successful completion of a course includes survey completion, the creation of a technology infused lesson or unit that will be shared with teachers across the region and demonstrated technology usage in daily classroom practice.)Q. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
A. If a learner drops a course the Wednesday before the start date (midnight Eastern Time), a refund for the full price (100%) will be applied to the method (credit card or Purchase Order) used to pay for the enrollment. If a learner drops a course within the first seven days (midnight Eastern Time) of the course start date, a refund of 80% will be applied to the method used to pay for the enrollment. No refunds will be granted after the seventh
day of the start of a WHRO Education Online Professional Development Course or Virginia's PBS TeacherLine Course.
